REISignal delivers property intelligence across five practical categories:

  • Geographic data: latitude/longitude, parcel IDs, census tract info, and zoning details.
  • Property characteristics: square footage, room count, stories, year built, and use codes.
  • Financial data: debt amounts, appraised values, valuation type, and historical sale prices.
  • Legal details: court case numbers, attorney contacts, sheriff sale dates, and defendant records.
  • Owner contact data: mailing addresses (city, state, ZIP) for direct outreach and skip tracing.

Playground (free preview): Search an address or county and browse a limited set of nearby properties (up to 10 results per search). You can open property previews, explore county pages, and see which signals apply, but premium fields and parcel tabs stay locked.

PRO (subscription): Full access to the Dashboard with unlimited search depth, premium filters (ZIP, county-specific fields, signal types), unblurred parcel data, owner contact details, exports, and photo requests.

Use Playground to validate that a market fits your strategy. Upgrade to PRO when you are ready to run full due diligence and outreach.

Clicking a property card opens a quick preview modal, which is great for scanning many records fast. Choosing View Parcel opens the full Parcel Data Viewer with tabbed detail:

  • Overview: summary facts, valuation context, and key identifiers.
  • Building & Sales: structure details and transaction history.
  • Location & Address: geocoded address and census geography.
  • Links: external references tied to the parcel.
  • Photos: request or view imagery when available.

Without a PRO subscription, most parcel tabs show a preview with blurred content and an upgrade prompt. The Photos tab remains accessible so you can evaluate imagery options.

All data is sourced from official legal, county, and financial records and refreshed on a regular cadence:

  • Geographic data is cross-verified with official parcel systems.
  • Financial figures come from county assessment and recording sources.
  • Legal information is integrated with court and sale-calendar records where available.
  • Signals are derived from documented events, not guesses, so you can trace why a property surfaced.

Always confirm sale dates, redemption windows, and owner status with county officials before bidding or making offers.

Signals are investor-ready flags that highlight why a property may deserve attention right now, such as owner deceased, mortgage stress, deep tax delinquency, open probate, or high equity.

Each signal includes:

  • A plain-language trigger explaining what was detected.
  • A confidence score and severity level.
  • Suggested next steps for outreach or further research.
  • A filter you can apply in PRO search to narrow your list.

Browse county pages to see which signals are active in a market, then use signal-type filters in the Dashboard to build a focused shortlist.

Yes. Where county data is available, you can review auction dates, minimum bids, and sale status inside parcel records and county market pages.

  • Use the Dashboard calendar and table views to scan upcoming events.
  • Cross-reference sheriff sale dates with legal tabs before committing capital.
  • Pair timeline data with signals like deep delinquency or mortgage stress to prioritize outreach.

Geographic & Search Features

REISignal supports multiple entry points depending on where you are in your workflow:

  • Address search: enter a street address from the homepage, Playground, or Dashboard to load nearby properties.
  • County & state filters: narrow results to a target market.
  • County pages: explore featured markets, live signal previews, and sample properties before searching.
  • Map view: visualize mappable results and click chips to inspect individual parcels.

Basic filters (address, county, and state) are available to everyone. PRO unlocks advanced filters that help you build precise shortlists:

  • ZIP code: target specific postal zones inside a county.
  • County-specific fields: dynamic filters powered by each county's backend schema (varies by market).
  • Signal types: show only properties flagged with signals you care about, such as owner deceased or high equity.

Premium filters appear in the Dashboard and Playground advanced filter panel. Locked filters show a readable preview so you know what unlocks with PRO.

Each county page is a market briefing, not just a property list. You'll find:

  • An overview of the county's investor profile and coverage status.
  • Signal definitions active in that market with examples.
  • Live signal feed and filter previews showing how discovery works.
  • Sample properties you can click to experience the preview flow.

Visit Counties from the main navigation to browse featured states, then drill into individual county routes.

Use Playground when: You are exploring a new market, sharing a quick demo, or validating that an address returns useful results. No account is required for basic preview.

Use the Dashboard when: You have a PRO subscription and need persistent search sessions, premium filters, bulk export, table and calendar views, and full parcel access.

Many investors start in Playground, then move the same address search into the Dashboard after upgrading.

REISignal is expanding county by county. Featured state hubs currently include Georgia and Delaware, with additional markets in Florida, Texas, Illinois, and beyond appearing in search results as coverage grows.

To see what's live today:

  • Open Counties in the navigation for featured state and county listings.
  • Run an address search. If properties return, that area is searchable.
  • Check county pages for signal coverage and sample property counts.

REISignal provides hands-on support for account access, search setup, and platform walkthroughs:

Export & Integration Features

Yes. PRO users can export selected properties to a CSV formatted for Google My Maps import.

  • Select rows in the Dashboard table (or dropdown view).
  • Choose Export → Google Maps.
  • Open the downloaded CSV in Google My Maps to visualize pins, share with partners, or layer your own notes.

Yes. REISignal supports PropStream-compatible CSV export with owner and address fields preserved.

  • Select the properties you want in the Dashboard.
  • Choose Export → Propstream.
  • Import the file into PropStream to continue analysis in your existing workflow.

PRO subscribers can export search results and individual parcel records:

  • Bulk Excel/CSV export from the Dashboard for selected properties.
  • Single-parcel CSV export from the Parcel Data Viewer.
  • Combined owner, address, and coordinate fields ready for CRM or dialer import.

Photo Requests & Imagery

When street-level or exterior photos aren't already on file, you can order them through the imagery flow.

  • Open a property and choose Request Photos (available from preview cards, parcel viewer, or the imagery section).
  • Confirm the address and complete checkout for the imagery package.
  • Track order status from Imagery → Requests in the navigation.
  • Download delivered photos when the request is fulfilled.
  • Imagery → Requests: live status for each property photo order.
  • Profile → Payments: receipts and payment history for imagery and subscription charges.
  • Property Photos tab: view downloaded imagery attached to a parcel when delivery is complete.

Notifications

REISignal keeps you informed through email and in-app notices for account-critical events:

  • Photo request confirmations and delivery updates.
  • Subscription and trial status changes.
  • Payment receipts for imagery orders.
  • Support responses to inquiries you send to our team.

Transactional emails (receipts, photo delivery, password resets) are sent automatically because they relate to actions you took on the platform.

  • Update account email from Profile if your contact address changes.
  • Cancel your subscription from Profile to stop renewal reminders.
  • Reply to any email from support if you need help adjusting communication preferences.
